EXHIBITORS
As part of our 2020 Annual Gathering, The ToP Network will host an "Exhibitors Marketplace" for Gathering attendees. Please contact Eileen Pippins at epippins220@yahoo.com for more information.

This is a unique opportunity to reach a special group of consumers: avid practitioners of group facilitation methods who seek creative ideas, training, products, and business solutions that enable and promote collaboration.  This event will also be open to the public.

MARKETPLACE SCHEDULE
The Marketplace will run concurrent with attendee registration for the entire conference.  
However, there are several times that will be promoted for attendees to visit the marketplace:
  • 3:30-6:00pm Friday, January 10 (co-located and concurrent with opening reception/happy hour)
  • 12:00-2:00pm Sat-Mon
Optional times:
  • 10-10:30 every day (AM snack)
  • 3:30-4:00pm every day (PM snack)

Exhibitor space will be available for setup after 12:00pm on Friday, January 10
All exhibitors are encouraged to be set up by 3:30pm Friday, January 10
All exhibitors should be cleared away by 6:00pm Monday, January 13

BENEFITS FOR EXHIBITORS
  • Access to ~150 attendees
  • One table with black tablecloth, two chairs, and a small table tent with your organization name.
  • Limited office supplies (scissors, tape, markers)
  • Complimentary wifi access
  • Display area for 3 days
  • Promotion at plenary sessions
  • Logo and/or name highlighted on conference website
  • Opening reception on Friday night
  • Opportunity to promote organization and/or sell products and services (NOTE: 10% of sales go to ToP Network)

​TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Requests for exhibitor space may be denied for any reason, at the discretion of the selection committee.  In this case, the exhibitor will receive a full refund.
  • Once approved, requests for exhibitor spaces are final.  No refunds will be given for cancellation.
  • No food or beverage sales are permitted.
  • Exhibitor space is only available to registered conference attendees.  
  • Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their display, staffing their table, handling sales, and tear-down.
  • Displays should be freestanding as there is limited wall space for attaching to walls.
  • Electricity cannot be guaranteed.
  • Sales are self-reported.  Exhibitors will receive a reporting form at the close of the event to complete and return with 10% of sales, or a request to be invoiced.

REQUEST AN EXHIBITOR SPACE
Exhibitor space is only available to registered conference attendees.  
Spaces can be requested as an "add-on" purchase when registering for the Gathering.  
If you wish to bring a non-attendee to help with your space, you will have the option of ordering a meal package for them.
