CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS!
We are currently accepting proposals for dynamic and engaging learning opportunities at this year's Gathering.

Click here to submit a proposal: bit.ly/2020TNAGsessions by September 13.

Our theme this year is “Waves of Change: A call for participation, creativity & action.”

Your proposal may intersect with more than one of the following track themes:
1. Learning to Sail
These sessions flex our practice muscle!  Sessions should be experiential for participants and function like a community of practice. For example:
• Allow people to practice specific skills, such as a Wall of Wonder or other trend analyses
• Explore a topic of shared interest to our community through peer coaching
• Support foundational skill-building for novice facilitators
• Offer practical advice on setting up a local Community of Practice

2. Adapting to the Current
These sessions highlight creative applications and adaptations of ToP methods, including using ToP in concert with other facilitation tools and methods. Where have you improvised? Blended methods? Tried new designs to meet your organization or client needs?

3. Leaning into Surges and Swells
These sessions offer insight on the challenges and complexities of helping groups succeed in our 21st century world. Sessions may explore intriguing areas of research or share strategies, examples, and tools for addressing compelling, complex or wicked problems, responding to contemporary societal challenges, or creating truly inclusive spaces.

4. Building Your Boat
These sessions offer guidance or practical examples on how to support a thriving business.  For example:
• Marketing strategy and tools
• Successful business development scenarios
• Ways of reaching new clients, including culturally inclusive success stories
• Success at the client inquiry meeting: good diagnosis and closing the deal
